CUSTOMER CARE & OUR PROMISE
At Healing Hands Hut, every offering is approached with care, intention and respect for the spiritual traditions that inspire our work.​ Our products may include spiritual remedies, ritual oils, baths, salts, herbal preparations and other items intended to support personal spiritual practice and wellbeing.
Certain products may be individually prepared, prayed over, blessed, activated, dressed, blended or otherwise spiritually prepared in connection with a customer’s order.
Our promise is to serve our customers with integrity, discretion, sincerity and respect while providing clear information about our products and services.​ We ask our customers to carefully review product descriptions, policies and order information before completing a purchase.
ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
When placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring that the information provided at checkout is complete and accurate, including your name, email address, telephone number and delivery address.
After an order has been submitted, you may receive an electronic acknowledgement or confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where there has been a pricing or listing error, suspected fraudulent activity, payment failure, stock issue or other circumstance preventing us from fulfilling the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken and no goods or services have been supplied, any amount due back to you will be refunded to the appropriate payment method.
SPIRITUAL PREPARATION & ACTIVATION
Some Healing Hands Hut products require individual preparation following an order.
Depending on the product, this may include prayer, spiritual activation, blessing, dressing, blending or other personalised preparation. Preparation may begin shortly after payment confirmation and may take place at one of our preparation or fulfilment locations before an order reaches the dispatch stage.
For this reason, an order displaying “Processing”, “Preparing” or “Awaiting Shipment” does not necessarily mean that spiritual preparation has not already begun. Where a product has been individually personalised or prepared specifically for a customer, cancellation and return rights may differ where permitted by applicable law. Please see our Shipping & Returns Policy for further information regarding cancellations, change-of-mind requests, returns and refunds.
PRICES & PRODUCT INFORMATION
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate. However, because some products are prepared or finished individually, there may be minor variations in appearance, colour, texture, packaging or presentation.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website and may be changed from time to time.
The price applicable to your purchase will normally be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors where permitted by law. Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be displayed during checkout where relevant.
PAYMENT
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed. Depending on availability at checkout, payment methods may include major debit and credit cards, digital wallets, bank transfer and supported instalment or Buy Now, Pay Later providers. The payment options actually available to you will be displayed at checkout. Where you choose a third-party payment or installment provider, your use of that service may also be subject to that provider’s own terms, eligibility requirements and privacy practices. We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every customer, order or country.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS​

If you change your mind about an order, you should contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that contacting us within 24 hours does not guarantee cancellation where individual preparation, personalisation or spiritual activation has already begun. Nothing within these Terms & Conditions or our policies is intended to exclude or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

CONSULTATIONS & SPIRITUAL SERVICES
Healing Hands Hut may offer spiritual consultations or other spiritual services.
Any information, interpretation or guidance provided during a consultation is offered for spiritual and personal guidance purposes. Spiritual consultations are personal experiences, and we do not guarantee a particular prediction, event, outcome or result. Customers remain responsible for their own personal decisions and actions following a consultation. Our spiritual services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological or other regulated professional advice.

Healing Hands Hut serves customers in the United Kingdom and internationally.
Delivery times, shipping charges, customs information, tracking and international import responsibilities are explained in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Customers ordering internationally are responsible for ensuring that products they purchase can lawfully be imported into and used within their destination country.
